Session 1 - Girls entering 7th - 12th grade - 7:00 am - 9:00 am, Session 2 - Boys entering 7th - 12th grade - 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Certain sports will have skills sessions either before or after SWAT. Contact head coaches for skills information.
